Intellectual Property

Warranties and Quality Assurance

MarketForge GmbH provides warranties on our construction work as follows:

• Use of quality materials from reputable suppliers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, MarketForge GmbH's liability is limited as follows:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

You acknowledge that construction projects involve inherent risks and that we cannot guarantee against all possible issues or complications. Our liability is limited to rectifying defects in our workmanship within the warranty period.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Force Majeure

MarketForge shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.

In such events, we will notify you promptly and work to resume services as soon as reasonably possible. Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Privacy and Data Protection
